Welcome to Dermadomein.nl.
Below you will find our service terms, which apply to the use of our webshop and our services. We aim to support you as well as possible and to provide clear information about our agreements.

1. Orders and delivery

All orders are processed with care and delivered within the indicated delivery time.
If a product is unexpectedly not available, we will contact you as soon as possible.
Delivery times may vary depending on stock and shipping method, but we will clearly inform you when you place your order.

2. Prices and payment

All prices are listed including VAT and excluding any shipping costs, unless stated otherwise.
Payment is made in advance via the available payment methods in our webshop.
We use secure payment environments to process your payment safely.

3. Right of withdrawal and returns

At DermaDomein, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the day of receipt without giving any reason. Please note: because this concerns an over‑the‑counter medicine, this only applies if the seal has not been broken. Once the seal is broken, your order is final and can no longer be returned.
If you make use of your right of withdrawal, you then have another 14 days after cancellation to return your product. The full order amount, including the original shipping costs, will be refunded to you.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product, including all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging, must be returned to us. To make use of this right, please contact us at vraag@dermadomein.nl.
If the product or its packaging is damaged more than necessary to assess it, we may charge you for the resulting depreciation in value. Please handle the product with care and ensure it is properly packaged when you return it.

Return costs
Only the cost of returning the product from your home to our webshop is at your own expense. These costs are approximately €7.25 per parcel; please check your carrier’s website for the exact rates. We recommend using a trackable shipping method so you can follow your return shipment.

Refunds
We will refund the amount due within 14 days after you have notified us of your return, provided that we have received the product back in good condition.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please notify us in writing within 14 days of receiving the product at vraag@dermadomein.nl.

4. Customer service

If you have any questions, complaints or need assistance, you can contact our customer service at vraag@dermadomein.nl.
We aim to respond to your message within 2 working days.

5. Warranty and complaints

We provide warranty in accordance with statutory regulations and any specific manufacturer’s warranty.
If you have a complaint about a product or our service, you can report this by sending an email to vraag@dermadomein.nl.

6. Privacy and data protection

We respect your privacy and handle your personal data with care in accordance with the GDPR.

7. Applicable law and disputes

Dutch law applies to our service terms and all orders.
In the event of a dispute, we will first seek to find a solution together. If necessary, the dispute can be submitted to the WebwinkelKeur Disputes Committee.
