Can I use Minoxidil with other medications?
Are you taking any other medicines in addition to minoxidil Linn, have you recently done so or is there a possibility that you might take any other medicines in the near future?
If so, tell your doctor or pharmacist. Tell your doctor if you are applying any of the following medicines to your skin before using minoxidil Linn:
- Medicines containing tretinoin or other retinoids
- Medicines for use on the skin containing corticosteroids or skin-covering ointments, creams or other fatty substances (e.g. petroleum jelly).
- Do not expose the treated skin to intense sunlight, as skin reactions (e.g. erythema) or sunburn may occur and lead to increased absorption of minoxidil through the skin.

From what age can you use Minoxidil?
Minoxidil Linn should not be used by patients under 18 years of age, as safety has not been established for this group.

Can I use minoxidil during pregnancy/breastfeeding?
If you are pregnant, think you may be pregnant, are planning to become pregnant, or are breastfeeding, talk to your doctor before taking this medicine.
Since there are no adequate and controlled studies with Minoxidil Linn during pregnancy and breastfeeding, this medicine is not recommended during these periods.

Do you sell Foligain Minoxidil (lotion) or Foligain minoxidil foam?
No. These products are not registered as medicines in the Netherlands or Europe. Therefore, their quality, safety, and efficacy cannot be guaranteed. We only sell (legal) products registered in the Netherlands that meet strict quality and safety standards.

Your order will be delivered to your home by PostNL, delivered via a Dutch pharmacy. After placing your order, you'll receive a confirmation and track & trace.
How quickly will my order be delivered?
Your order will be delivered to your home within 1-2 working days by PostNL.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping is free for orders over 50 Euro, below that we charge a contribution
of Euro 4.95 will be charged.

Yes, we ship all orders in plain packaging without branding,
so that privacy is always guaranteed.
Are products reimbursed by health insurance?
The products offered at DermaDomein are over-the-counter medications and are not eligible for reimbursement by health insurance.
Can I, as a patient, order via DermaDomein myself?
Yes. The products at DermaDomein do not require a prescription from a specialist, so you can simply order them.

DermaDomein is a platform for reliable, scientifically proven skin care products. We focus on collaboration with healthcare professionals and offer proven, safe products for self-care or referral.
Why does DermaDomein have 3 different hair loss products and other providers offer many more?
Minoxidil is the only over-the-counter medication with scientific evidence of its effectiveness for hereditary hair loss. On the advice of our dermatologist experts, we do not offer other products, such as nutritional supplements, lotions, and shampoos. There is insufficient evidence for the effectiveness of these products, and we do not want to burden anyone with unnecessary costs.
Who is DermaDomein intended for?
Our products are intended for patients with mild to moderate skin and hair problems and offer (over-the-counter) medicines that your specialist has recommended to you.
Are your products safe?
Yes, all DermaDomein products have been extensively tested, registered in the Netherlands, and comply with European regulations. Their effectiveness has been proven in scientific studies. Safety and effectiveness are our top priorities.
How is it determined which products appear on DermaDomein?
We select only products that are scientifically proven, effectively applied in practice, and safe to use. We collaborate with healthcare professionals and medical experts to ensure this.
